At ILASYA, we engineer garments to command the room. If a piece does not meet your absolute standard, we ensure the return process is as seamless as the purchase.

The 3-Day Evaluation Window

You have 3 days from the exact date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To maintain our strict quality control and hygiene standards, we cannot accept return requests made after this window.

Condition of Return

Garments must be returned in their original, unworn condition. The signature ILASYA tags, protective hygiene liners, and matte-black packaging must be fully intact and unblemished. Garments showing signs of wear, scent (including perfume or body odor), or alteration will be respectfully declined and returned to you.

Initiating a Return

To request a return or size exchange, please email our Client Concierge team at concierge@ilasya.com or reach out via WhatsApp at +91 87960 69361 with your Order Number. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 2-3 business days.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the garment at our studio, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a secure payout link will be provided to transfer the funds to your designated bank account.
