Order Processing & Dispatch

Every ILASYA piece is crafted to our exacting standards and undergoes a rigorous 3-point manual quality inspection at our facility before it is scented, sealed in our signature packaging, and dispatched. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed.

Transit & Delivery Timelines

We partner exclusively with premium logistics networks to ensure your ILASYA garments arrive securely. Once dispatched from our fulfillment center, estimated transit times are:

  • Major Metropolitan Hubs: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Regional Destinations: 4 to 7 business days.

(Please note: While we demand absolute precision from our partners, these timelines are estimates and may vary slightly based on regional logistics operations.)

Tracking Your Garment

The moment your piece passes our final quality inspection and leaves our doors, our Client Concierge will notify you. You will receive a private tracking link and dedicated courier details via email and SMS to monitor your garment's journey to you.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Protocol

We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery to our clients. To maintain the efficiency of our premium logistics network and ensure seamless delivery, all COD orders are subject to a mandatory WhatsApp verification before dispatch.

Upon placing a COD order, you will receive a verification prompt from our official WhatsApp line (+91 87960 69361). Unverified orders will be respectfully cancelled after 24 hours.

Unforeseen Delays (Force Majeure)

We hold our shipping partners to an uncompromising standard, but certain circumstances remain beyond our control. Deliveries may occasionally be delayed by severe weather events, political disruptions, or sudden government mandates. Should this happen, our team will monitor your shipment closely and ensure it reaches you as swiftly as possible.
