An ILASYA garment is designed for absolute permanence. We build our pieces—from the drape of our heavy satins to the custom beadwork of our tailoring sets—to act as a physical extension of your authority.

To ensure our garments command your silhouette with absolute precision, every purchase grants you automatic, complimentary entry into the ILASYA Care Protocol.

I. THE FIRST-FIT GUARANTEE

Your silhouette is unique. While our sizing is carefully calibrated, true authority demands a flawless finish. If your piece requires minor local adjustments to achieve the perfect drape upon arrival, ILASYA will cover the exact cost of your tailoring, up to a maximum of ₹500.

The Protocol:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to use this service.

  • Take your garment to your preferred local master tailor for minor adjustments (such as hemming, waist adjustments, or strap tightening).

  • Email a clear photo of the tailor’s official receipt, along with your Order ID, to concierge@ilasya.com.

  • Our concierge team will issue a direct refund for the exact alteration fee stated on your receipt, up to a maximum cap of ₹500, back to your original payment method.

We do not issue flat-rate payouts or store credit. We cover the precise investment required to perfect your custom fit.

II. THE ILASYA SPA (ARCHIVAL MAINTENANCE)

Heavy satins and intricate beadwork deserve absolute respect over a lifetime of wear. As an ILASYA owner, you receive complimentary lifetime access to our professional archival maintenance vault for your pieces.

The Protocol:

  • You can ship your worn ILASYA pieces back to our studio at any time for professional care and restoration.

  • Our artisans will execute custom re-steaming, bead-tightening, and structural reinforcement to bring the garment back to its original grandeur.

  • Once restored, your garment is professionally pressed, infused with our signature Black Oud and Rose scent, and sealed into a premium presentation box before being couriered back to your residence.

  • Note: While your lifetime access to the archival vault is complimentary, actual restoration work involves specialized artisan labor. Please contact the concierge desk for current Spa assessment fees and turnaround timelines before shipping your pieces.
